So I realize I haven't been terribly active around here, like, at all in the past two years or so. That is kinda lame. I apologize to everyone I've not spoken to in ages and for every connection I've let go. I would like to thank everyone who's continued to come to my page or at least hold me in a special place in their thoughts. You are all awesome more than you know. My life has simply led me in some different directions, generally away from here, and now I think I'd really like to start posting more again.

A big part of my absence has been that I have been focusing on school. That means trying to figure out what I'm doing with my life, but it's also meant not producing artwork for myself, which is unfortunate. I've lost touch with that part of myself and I'd like to regain that contact. I am very out of touch with my artistic self and I would like to get back in touch.

What this means is I am making a commitment, here and now, to myself, to draw more. Consistently. Like, every day. I am way out of practice and I'd like to continue developing my skills as an artist. I have been basically non-productive in the way of personal art-ventures for the past two years and I would really like to change that.

What THAT means is that I should be posting more. Maybe not right now, but relatively soon. In the coming months, at least.

I've also committed to going to Anime Expo next year. No outs for me. It's a way to force myself to start producing again. Which is awesome.

That also means I need ideas from you guys. I am so out of touch with the anime community that I have no idea what anybody likes anymore, what's popular, what would sell. Right now I'll be working on drawing and colouring again, but soon I'll be needing some help in the idea-department. Any ideas and/or suggestions would be more than welcome.
